National Fatherhood Survey
Purpose of Survey
We’re running the 2021 Canadian Father Involvement Survey to help us ensure programs, services and supports are able to meet the interests and needs of dads.
This survey is designed to discover what the needs are of dads in Canada. By “dad”, we mean any biological dad, partner to a mom, step-dad, grand-dad, adoptive dad, caregiver or anyone raising a child in a father role.
If you are a dad, please take the Dad Survey. If you are a mom, please take the Mom Survey.
At the end of the survey, you can enter a draw for one of ten $50 Amazon.ca gift cards.
2017 National Survey Highlights
In 2017, Dad Central Canada invited fathers from across the country to share their views about fatherhood.
Purpose of the 2017 was to hear from fathers across Canada about:
- Their experiences as fathers
- How they bond with their children
- What their view is of how fatherhood is perceived in Canada
- Some ideas for how to engage and support fathers better
