If You’re Honest With Yourself…

    You love your kids.
You want your family to feel close, safe, and connected.
You want to be patient… present… steady.

But lately, you’ve noticed something you don’t like.

You’re more moody or grumpy than you want to be.
    Small things set you off.
You carry stress, fear, and pressure that never really shut off.

And underneath it all is a quiet worry:

“What if I can’t actually create the tight-knit family I’m dreaming of?”

That fear doesn’t make you weak.
    It makes you human.

And it’s exactly why this coaching exists.

This Is Not About Fixing Your Kids

It’s About Strengthening the Man Who Leads the Family

When dads feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, the problem usually isn’t effort.

      It’s internal overload:

      • ZUnprocessed stress
      • ZEmotional reactivity
      • ZSelf-doubt
      • ZPressure to “hold it all together”

Private coaching gives you the space to slow down, regulate yourself, and lead from a grounded place, so your kids feel it, your partner feels it, and you feel it.

What Could You Achieve With a Leadership Coach by Your Side?

              Together, we’ll work on:

              • Staying calm and steady when things get tense
              • Letting go of the fear that fuels frustration and moodiness
              • Building deeper emotional connection with your kids

              • Replacing self-doubt with clarity and confidence

                  Why Work With Me?

                    Drew Soleyn's blended family, 2025

Because I’ve lived the kind of pressure most dads don’t talk about, and I’ve learned how to lead through it.

                    I’ve been married.
                    I’ve gone through divorce.
I’ve navigated family court, high conflict, and parenting under constant pressure.

I was married for nearly 15 years in a relationship that was emotionally complex and deeply challenging. For a long time, I lived in a state many dads recognize:

Trying to keep the peace, second-guessing myself, managing conflict, and holding everything together for my kids while feeling worn down on the inside.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, unsupported, and quietly afraid that no matter how hard you try, it still might not be enough.

But I also learned something important.

What changed everything for me wasn’t trying harder or pretending I had it all figured out.
It was learning how to lead myself differently.

I learned how to regulate my emotions instead of being controlled by them.
How to stay calm and grounded under pressure.
How to show up for my kids with presence instead of fear.
How to rebuild confidence and lead with intention, even on the hardest days.

                    I rebuilt my life.
                    I built a new relationship.
I blended a family of five—including twins—while navigating work, stress, and my own healing.

That lived experience is the foundation of how I coach today.

For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with dads, leaders, and organizations across Canada. As Director of Dad Central Ontario, I’ve supported thousands of men who wanted what you likely want:

                    A calmer home.
                    Stronger relationships with their kids.
And the confidence that they’re leading their families well.

I’m also the founder and coach behind Connected Dads and the creator and co-host of Dad Central: A Parenting Podcast to Reduce Stress & Build Confidence in Fatherhood.

But more than credentials, what matters most is this:

I don’t coach from theory. I coach from lived experience, proven frameworks, and deep respect for the work of fatherhood.

The 1-on-1 version of Developing The Father Within You is for dads who don’t want surface-level advice. It’s for men who want a trusted guide. Someone who can walk alongside them, challenge them when needed, and help them become the calm, confident leader their family needs.

                    You’re not broken.
                    You’re not failing.
And you don’t have to do this alone.

I’m here to help you move forward. Steadily, intentionally, and with care.

                        Growing Yourself

Most Dads Wait Until It’s Too Late. Don’t Be That Dad.

Too many fathers look back with regret, wishing they had:

                        • OBeen calmer, more patient, and more present when it mattered most
                        • ONoticed the growing distance with their kids sooner
                        • OBroken patterns they promised themselves would end with them
                        • OCreated a home where connection felt safer than tension
                        • OTaken action before “later” quietly became “never”
                        • OHelped their family feel deeply seen, safe, and understood

This is your chance to break that cycle and become the father and leader your family needs.

Only 12 Dads Will Be Accepted

                        This coaching is intentionally limited.

I work deeply and personally with each dad, which means I only accept 12 clients per year into this private 1-on-1 experience.

Every application is reviewed carefully to ensure this is the right fit - for you and for the coaching process.

If you’re feeling the pull, trust it.

                          A Final Word

You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.

But you do have to decide whether you’re willing to grow.

Your kids don’t need a flawless dad.
They need a calm, present, emotionally grounded one.

If you’re ready to become that man, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
