Par exemple, l&#8217;un de vous peut penser que l&#8217;autre est trop permissif ou trop stricte, et certaines valeurs parentales qui sont tr\u00e8s importantes pour vous peuvent \u00eatre moins importantes pour votre partenaire.<\/p>\n<p>Les p\u00e8res et les m\u00e8res ont aussi souvent des fa\u00e7ons diff\u00e9rentes d&#8217;entretenir des rapports avec les enfants. Cependant, chaque m\u00e8re et p\u00e8re est unique, ainsi nous ne pouvons pas vraiment dire que les p\u00e8res agissent toujours d&#8217;une fa\u00e7on et que les m\u00e8res agissent toujours d&#8217;une autre fa\u00e7on. L&#8217;important est d&#8217;\u00eatre conscient que les partenaires ont souvent des fa\u00e7ons diff\u00e9rentes d&#8217;\u00e9duquer un enfant.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n&#8217;est pas n\u00e9cessairement une mauvaise chose. Avoir des parents qui apportent leur attention de fa\u00e7on diff\u00e9rente peut \u00eatre une exp\u00e9rience utile (et normale) pour les enfants alors qu&#8217;ils grandissent. Cependant, les diff\u00e9rences parentales peuvent parfois entra\u00eener des conflits qui rendent la vie familiale plus difficile et qui cr\u00e9ent des tensions dans les relations p\u00e8re\/m\u00e8re. Voici quelques conseils pour traiter avec les diff\u00e9rences parentales.<\/p>\n<h4>Voir la diff\u00e9rence diff\u00e9remment<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Essayez de voir le monde du point de vue de votre partenaire.<\/li>\n<li>Recherchez le point positif de vos diff\u00e9rences. Il peut y avoir certains aspects de l&#8217;approche parentale de votre partenaire qui sont particuli\u00e8rement efficaces et d&#8217;autres o\u00f9 votre approche est efficace.<\/li>\n<li>Essayez de voir les forces de votre partenaire et d&#8217;apprendre de ces forces.<\/li>\n<li>Elle peut vouloir que vous fassiez les choses \u00e0 &#8221; sa fa\u00e7on. &#8221; Vous n&#8217;avez pas n\u00e9cessairement \u00e0 faire cela, mais faites de votre mieux pour comprendre ce qui est important pour elle et essayez de ne pas miner son approche parentale.<\/li>\n<li>Si les diff\u00e9rences provoquent un conflit, parlez-en \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 vous pouvez le faire sous un esprit d&#8217;acceptation.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9vitez les luttes pour le pouvoir \u00e0 savoir quelle &#8221; fa\u00e7on &#8221; est la meilleure fa\u00e7on.<\/li>\n<li>Soyez flexible et prenez garde \u00e0 l&#8217;impact de vos actions l&#8217;un de l&#8217;autre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Acceptez les diff\u00e9rences peut enrichir vos vies et \u00eatre une source de force dans l&#8217;\u00e9ducation de vos enfants.<\/p>\n<h4>Travaillez vers des buts communs<\/h4>\n<p>Des fois, nous devenons si retenus par nos pr\u00e9occupations parentales routini\u00e8res que nous perdons de vue nos objectifs \u00e0 long terme pour nos enfants. Et ces objectifs peuvent changer alors que vos enfants grandissent. Il est important d&#8217;\u00eatre ouvert \u00e0 de nouvelles id\u00e9es et de discuter de vos objectifs \u00e0 long terme avec votre partenaire en ce qui a trait \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9ducation de vos enfants.
