En fait les nouveaux n\u00e9s dorment beaucoup. Leur horaire est cependant diff\u00e9rent du n\u00f4tre.<\/p>\n<p>Une des raisons est que les b\u00e9b\u00e9s sont conditionn\u00e9s pour se nourrir souvent. Ils doivent se nourrir un peu la nuit. Mais il faut aussi un certain temps pour que les b\u00e9b\u00e9s adoptent un horaire comme celui des plus \u00e2g\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qu&#8217;il faut comprendre, ce sont les grandes variations en sommeil des b\u00e9b\u00e9s et des fr\u00e9quences de leurs r\u00e9veils. Vous pourriez avoir entendu qu&#8217;un tel b\u00e9b\u00e9 dort comme un b\u00e9b\u00e9 de six semaines. Eh bien! Cela arrive, mais pas souvent. En toute franchise, vous devez vous attendre d&#8217;\u00eatre d\u00e9rang\u00e9 la nuit pour des mois \u00e0 venir, non des semaines.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment \u00e0 conna\u00eetre est que les rythmes de sommeil des b\u00e9b\u00e9 changent. Un tel b\u00e9b\u00e9 qui fait ses nuits peut tout \u00e0 coup commencer \u00e0 se r\u00e9veiller.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n&#8217;est pas de tout repos que d&#8217;avoir un b\u00e9b\u00e9 qui se r\u00e9veille la nuit. Il est important de trouver une fa\u00e7on de faire face \u00e0 cela. Une fa\u00e7on de se reposer \u00e0 d&#8217;autres moments.<br \/>\nFaites la rotation pour dormir. Faites tour \u00e0 tour des siestes lorsque vous \u00eates \u00e0 la maison. De cette fa\u00e7on, au moins l&#8217;un de vous est frais et dispos lorsque requis.<br \/>\nUn conseil est souvent donn\u00e9 aux nouvelles m\u00e8res est de dormir lorsque le b\u00e9b\u00e9 dort. C&#8217;est un bon conseil lorsque vous \u00eates \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n<p>Voici deux id\u00e9es que vous avez \u00e0 garder en t\u00eate.
